Automated Insurance Management – this system provides insurance tracking on titled collateral, mobile homes, and real property.  A computer file is established on each loan, including type of collateral, and then the system will match incoming insurance mail to the loan.  If a borrower’s insurance cancels, expires, or is not received, then notices will be issued to the borrower requesting a policy to insure the collateral.

Flood Zone Determinations – a guaranteed flood zone determination that provides all required FEMA flood map and community participation information.  Life of Loan service available to notify lender of flood map revisions, or changes in community status, during the loan term.
